The counseling sessions, worth between € 90 and € 180, are free of charge for WU students (requirement: valid student ID card).

Counseling options

Depending on what your issues are, you can book a talk of 30 or 60 minutes. The counseling session will take place right at ZBP. Come to our Career Q&A to clarify with our career counselors how we can best support you, email us, or call +43-1-313 36-4968.

• Document check (30 min)
  Optimize your application documents with one of our counselors, e.g. for a specific job, your semester abroad, or a master's program.
• Interview training (60 min)
  Interview simulation for a specific position followed by analysis and feedback.
• The salary question (60 min)
  We help you prepare for the salary question during a job interview.
• Assessment center advisory session (60 min)
  Practice your self-presentation and get feedback from a career counselor, or receive tips for a typical assessment center process, so you know what to expect.
• Coaching (60 min)
  Answering your individual concerns regarding the application process is at the center of the conversation: Do you want to recognize your strengths and weaknesses? Or simply think about your possible career path? In coaching, we work out solutions for your problems together: Whether there are general uncertainties regarding your own competence profile or specific questions concerning the requirements of the job market. This will give you the strength and confidence you need to submit your first applications.

Cost

Free of charge for WU students. Our counseling sessions are only free for as long as you are a student at WU. Take this chance!

For WU graduates as well as students and graduates of other universities, the following prices apply:

• Document check (30-minute counseling session):
  € 90* for WU graduates as well as students and graduates of other universities or Fachhochschulen
• Interview training, assessment center advisory session, coaching (60-minute counseling session):
  € 180* for WU graduates as well as students and graduates of other universities or Fachhochschulen

The counseling fee is to be paid right after the counseling session. Please note that we will charge the full fee for appointments that are not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
