- Assessment center training
The assessment center is an established and widely used recruitment process among academics. The assessment center training introduces you to common exercises of an assessment center. You take on the role of a participant and experience first-hand what tasks you may need to do. Besides practicing a variety of situations, our career counselors also share the observation criteria most companies use to evaluate the tasks.
